Shipping
Africa’s Flavour Online Store offers shipping to all 50 states within the United States and Canada. Local same day delivery is currently unavailable, but we are working diligently to implement local delivery our state of New York’s five boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island).
Flat Rates: All flat rates shipping do not apply to items that are of heavy weight. Ex. any item that is above 10LB do not qualify for flat rate shipping.
If you receive an email that your package has been delivered but you did not receive the physical package, or it has been lost in transit, please know that we have mailed your package and the courier has either misplaced the package (i.e delivered to a neighbor’s address) or marked it delivered prematurely. In that case, wait 1 or 2 business days to see if the package arrives and if not, file a claim below depending on the courier:

Once orders are processed and in the courier’s possession for shipping, packages are the responsibility of the courier for successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed packages, or packages that are damaged due to natural disasters/weather conditions.
Orders made over the weekend will be shipped on the next available business day. All shipments are via USPS and/or UPS. Shipping is calculated based on your shipping address.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping when you spend a minimum of $85 in our online store. To view when your groceries will be arriving when you choose free shipping, check the map below to view the days by which our courier(s) deliver packages.

If the days stated as per the map is not convenient for you, please choose a different shipping option at checkout.
Returns
To ensure the health and safety of our Team Members and customers during this critical time, we are suspending our current return policy and all sales are final unless there was a quality problem with the product at the time of purchase.
Expired Product and Expiring Dates
Expired Product:
To make sure all products sent are in mint conditions and have not passed their used date, our picking and packing teams are taught and use extreme vetting on all products to make sure nothing slips through which has expired and get shipped to you.
Expired Dates: If by any chance you received an item that was not made in the USA and the date seems off, remember that to check how dates are rendered in other countries. For example, Ghana renders dates like this 1 December 2020 which can be written in short as 1 – 12 – 2020. This may seem like January 1, 2020 in American standard. If you have disputes with dates, let us know we will be glad to clarify.
